Returns

AMA is committed to customer satisfaction and have ensured our returns policy is consistent with our responsibilities under the guidelines of Australian Consumer Law and the ACCC.

AMA will happily provide a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, all we ask is that any product/s you return are in original unused condition, with all tags attached and product packaging intact, just follow the steps below;

1. Complete the Return Form received with your order and enclose it with the item/s you are returning;

2. Pack the items/s you are returning, in their original unused condition, with all tags attached and product packaging intact into a suitable parcel (please do not place postage labels directly on product packaging ie; helmet or boot boxes)

3. Post the parcel to our Online Returns Department

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Refund or Store Credit: - If your order qualified for the “Free freight over $100” promotion, a freight restocking fee equivalent to the original postage cost incurred by AMA will apply. If you have multiple items on the order and the order is still over $100 after removing the returned items, a freight restocking fee will NOT apply. (If you would like confirmation of this amount prior to returning your item/s please send your request to [email protected] with your order number and details of the item/s you are returning)

Exchange: - If you are wanting to exchange a product due to size, colour, or satisfaction reasons, AMA Warehouse will happily accommodate this. A flat rate $9 return freight charge applies to all exchanges. If we are unable to fulfill your desired exchange, a friendly AMA team member will give you a call to discuss alternative options.

 Additional Information - 

All returned items for a refund, exchange or credit must be in original, unused condition with the original packaging and all tags attached, or your return may be rejected. Below are some key points to note to ensure you do not risk the return being unsatisfactory:

When trying on helmets please ensure your face is free of makeup, sunscreen or anything that has the potential to stain the internals of the helmet.

Please use due diligence when trying on any items of clothing and ensure they are free from stains, marks and rips.

When trying on boots please avoid standing on your bike foot pegs as some pegs will be sharp enough to cause damage on the sole deeming it unacceptable for a return. Please avoid excessive use of the boots or scuffing, if there are any marks on the boots, they will not be in returnable condition.

AMA Warehouse work hard to ensure our fitment lists are accurate, however, please take care when dealing with hard parts and check for correct fitments before removing it from the packaging. We recommend comparing the original/OEM part with the new part to ensure correct fitment. We do however understand opening the packaging is unavoidable in some circumstances, if the fitment is incorrect on our website please be assured, we will accommodate this.

Please take extra care when dealing with chains, ensure it is the correct chain for your motorcycle. We cannot accept chains for returns if they have been opened as it starts oxidising and will not be able to be resold.

AMA Clearance Warehouse reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above terms and conditions. The freight to send the rejected return to the customer will be solely the customers responsibility.

Customer satisfaction is our priority at AMA Warehouse. We understand the importance of processing warranty claims diligently.
