AMA is committed to customer satisfaction and have ensured our returns policy is consistent with our responsibilities under the guidelines of Australian Consumer Law and the ACCC.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product/s within 30 days of delivery for a refund, or alternatively, exchange for another product. Please note that return freight is the responsibility of the customer.

*Freight Restocking Fee - If you have to return an item from an order that was subject to the “Free freight over $99” promotion, a freight restocking fee will apply. *This fee only applies if the order total is reduced below $99 after the item is returned. The freight restocking fee will consist of 10% of the order total - or the actual postage cost incurred by AMA - whichever option is lower.

If you are exchanging a product for - size, colour, or satisfaction reasons - our flat rate shipping fee of $9 will be incurred.

If a Promotional Code was applied to your order that required a ‘minimum spend’ for said discount, the order must remain above this ‘minimum spend’ after returns are processed. If the returned item/s reduce the order total below the ‘minimum spend’ then the promotional discount will be forfeited.

All returned item/s must be un-used and its complete original packaging with all original tags attached. Please include your original order number and instructions on your exchange/return request - if we are unable to fulfil your desired exchange, a friendly AMA team member will give you a call to discuss alternative options.
