About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on and reliable Warehouse & Online Dispatch to join our team at Yatala. This is a key role in our day-to-day operations, where you’ll be responsible for keeping the warehouse running smoothly, stock organised, and shelves ready - while also supporting our online dispatch team as required.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations:
Warehouse Operations:
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse space
- Unpack, store and rearrange stock to maximise space and ensure easy access
- Tidy storage areas including mezzanine spaces and restock floor shelves
- Check aisles and boxes regularly for restocking or clearing
- Label and sticker stock accurately
- Ensure all stock is clearly marked and stored correctly with attential to detail to minimise stock discrepancies
- Manage incoming deliveries and prepare outgoing transfers
- Conduct supplier pickups when required
Online Fulfilment Support:
- Assist with packing and dispatching online orders
- Use dispatch systems and basic e-commerce tools (Shopify experience a plus)
- Help resolve delivery queries or courier follow-ups
- Support the online team during busy periods
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling and being on your feet throughout the day
- Solid time management and organisational skills
- Ability to follow processes and maintain a tidy work environment
- Basic computer skills (experience with Shopify or dispatch software highly regarded)
- A current open driver’s licence (for supplier collections)
