Role Overview & Responsibilities:

• Manage the picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately.
• Utilize dispatch software to ensure efficient and accurate dispatch.
• Communicate with customers regarding online orders, returns, or exchanges.
• Investigate potential fraudulent orders.
• Follow up on tracking or delivery issues with third-party couriers.
• Ensure that all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and that the workplace remains safe for all employees.

Personal Attributes Required:

• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
• Team player with clear communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills; experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit, capable of lifting and moving heavy boxes, and being on your feet all day.
