AMA Warehouse – Competition Terms and Conditions
1. General
Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Who Can Enter
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. "Immediate family" means any of the following: spouse (including de facto), ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, sibling (including step-siblings), or first cousin.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on Tuesday 26 August 2025 and ends at 6:00pm AEST on Sunday 12 October 2025 ("Promotional Period").
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible individuals must, during the Promotional Period:

Shop in-store at AMA Warehouse Lynbrook

Spend $50 or more in a single transaction

Complete the entry form and provide proof of purchase (receipt from AMA Warehouse Lynbrook showing $50+ spend during the Promotional Period)
AMA Warehouse reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the eligibility of the entry.
5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be drawn at random on Monday 13 October 2025

If the winner does not claim their prize within 24 hours, the prize will be redrawn from the reserve entries
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prize

2 x Three-Day General Admission Passes to the Australian MotoGP at Phillip Island in 2025

Total prize value: $380
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
7. Reserve Entries
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries to be used in the event that the original winner is invalid or fails to claim the prize within the required time.
8. Publicity
By entering, entrants agree to the use of their name, likeness, voice, and/or image in the event they win, for promotional and marketing purposes in any media without further compensation.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect, special, or consequential loss) suffered in connection with the promotion or the prize.
This includes (but is not limited to):

Technical difficulties or equipment malfunction

Theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference

Delays or loss in transit of entry or prize communication

Variations in prize value

Any tax liability incurred by the winner

Use or misuse of the prize
The winner may be required to sign a legal release or waiver in order to claim the prize.
10. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion and may disclose such information to third parties (including prize suppliers and regulatory authorities) as required. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
By entering, entrants consent to receiving marketing communications from the Promoter and the prize supplier, with the option to unsubscribe at any time in accordance with the Spam Act 2003.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. Personal information will be handled in accordance with AMA Warehouse’s Privacy Policy and will not be disclosed outside of Australia.
11. Variation or Termination
The Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable laws.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
