Epic Helmet Giveaway – 2026 - Terms and Conditions

1. Information regarding the prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering, entrants accept these conditions.
2. The promoter is SSS Retail Group Pty Ltd (ABN 25 648 824 944) trading as AMA WAREHOUSE, 1/31 Dixon Street, Yatala QLD 4207 (AMA WAREHOUSE).
3. This giveaway is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over (Individual Entrants).
   
4. Directors, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management and employees) of AMA WAREHOUSE, its trade partners, or the companies or agencies associated with this giveaway are ineligible to enter.
   
5. The giveaway opens at 11:00am AEST on 17th October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 8 November 2026 (the Promotional Period). The giveaway may be advertised on the AMA WAREHOUSE website, the AMA WAREHOUSE Facebook page, the AMA WAREHOUSE Instagram page and via email and SMS.
   
6. To enter, entrants must do the following:
   
   1. Complete the entry form on the AMA WAREHOUSE helmet giveaway page with their first name, email address and mobile number;
      
   2. Select one helmet they would like to win: the AGV Pista GP RR, the Fox V3 RS or the Airoh Commander 2; and
      
   3. Answer the following question in 25 words or less: “Tell us where your first ride in your new helmet would be, and why.” (the Entry Question).
      
7. Any additional questions on the entry form, such as the type of riding the entrant does or when they plan to buy their next helmet, are used for marketing and research purposes only and do not form part of the judging.
   
8. Individual Entrants may only enter once during the Promotional Period. If an Individual Entrant submits more than one entry using the same email address, only their most recent entry, including their helmet selection and answer to the Entry Question, will be judged.
   
9. Entries must be received by 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 8 November 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
   
10. Answers to the Entry Question must be the entrant’s own original work and must not have been published elsewhere. They must not infringe the rights of any third party, and must not be offensive, defamatory or inappropriate. Answers longer than 25 words may be deemed invalid at the discretion of AMA WAREHOUSE.
    
11. There are three (3) prizes and three (3) winners, one (1) for each helmet:
    
    1. One (1) AGV Pista GP RR helmet, RRP $1,999.95;
    2. One (1) Fox V3 RS helmet, RRP $899.95 to $949.95 depending on the colourway selected; and
       
    3. One (1) Airoh Commander 2 helmet, RRP $699.95 to $999.95 depending on the colourway selected.
       
12. The total prize pool is valued at up to $3,949.85 (RRP, including GST), depending on the colourways selected by the winners.
    
13. Each winner may choose the size and colourway of their helmet from the colourways shown on the giveaway page, subject to stock availability at AMA WAREHOUSE at the time the prize is claimed. If a winner’s chosen size or colourway is unavailable, AMA WAREHOUSE may offer an alternative colourway of the same helmet model. Winners cannot exchange their prize for a different helmet model.
    
14. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
    
15. All valid entries will be judged by a panel within seven (7) days of the giveaway closing, and no later than Sunday 15 November 2026. Entries will be judged on the creativity, originality and relevance of the answer to the Entry Question. Entries for each helmet will be judged separately, and the winner of each prize will be the entry for that helmet that the judges consider the best.
    
16. AMA WAREHOUSE reserve the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of AMA WAREHOUSE.
    
17. AMA WAREHOUSE reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that does not adhere to these Terms and Conditions or has engaged in any inappropriate or fraudulent activity.
    
18. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
    
19. Any entry made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid.
    
20. Winners will be contacted via email or phone no later than Sunday 15 November 2026 and will be asked to confirm their mailing address and their preferred helmet size and colourway.
    
21. If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, or if the prize cannot be redeemed by the winner, AMA WAREHOUSE reserve the right to award the prize to the next best entry for the same helmet, as determined by the judges.
    
22. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    
23. The prize will be shipped to the winner free of charge or available to collect in store at AMA WAREHOUSE Yatala, Caboolture or Lynbrook.
    
24. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other products.
    
25. Once all three (3) prizes have been accepted, the winners’ first names, states and winning answers may be published on the Giveaway Winners page of the AMA WAREHOUSE website. By accepting a prize, winners consent to this.
    
26. By entering, entrants grant AMA WAREHOUSE a free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, reproduce and publish their answer to the Entry Question, together with their first name and state, in AMA WAREHOUSE marketing across any media, without further notice or payment.
    
27. AMA WAREHOUSE and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred in connection with the promotion or prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
    
28. AMA WAREHOUSE will not be liable for any damage to, or delay in transit of, the prize.
    
29. This giveaway may be communicated or advertised on Meta platforms, but it is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta. Entrants are providing their information to AMA WAREHOUSE and not to Meta. Entrants completely release Meta from any liability.
    
30. AMA WAREHOUSE may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway or these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason before the close of entry, and shall not be liable to any entrant or prize winner for any loss or damage incurred as a result.
    
31. By entering, entrants consent to receive future marketing material from AMA WAREHOUSE, including via email and SMS. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by replying STOP to any SMS.
    
32. Personal information collected through this giveaway will be handled in accordance with the AMA WAREHOUSE Privacy Policy, available at amawarehouse.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.
    
33. The laws of Australia govern these Terms and Conditions.
